Yes. We provide a COI on request and can match your building’s specific requirements before the first visit — just send the sample form from your management office.

Do you offer invoicing and net-30 terms?

Yes. Account clients receive consolidated invoices with net-30 payment terms — one clean paper trail for your bookkeeping instead of per-visit receipts.

Do we need a service agreement to work with you?

You can start without one — a first turnover rekey or repair call is enough to open an account. When your company policy calls for a signed service agreement, we’ll put one in place, with COI, invoicing, and response terms in writing.
